Except for the license of the MEMO system, neither EXIT nor its Affiliates are Approved Suppliers, and no officer of EXIT owns an interest in an Approved Supplier.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Exit's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Exit Realty, with the exception of the MEMO system license, and its affiliates are not considered approved suppliers. The FDD specifies that Exit is the only approved supplier for the MEMO software.
For all other supplies, franchisees must purchase stationery, merchandising material, and anything else that contains Exit's logo or marks from Exit's approved suppliers or suppliers that sign a Confidentiality and License Agreement with Exit. Ah$um America, Inc., an affiliate of Exit, maintains a list of approved suppliers.
This means that franchisees have limited options regarding where they can source branded materials, but they can also propose new suppliers for approval. This process ensures quality control and brand consistency across all Exit franchises, but it also means franchisees must adhere to the approved supplier list or seek approval for alternative suppliers.
