What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Exit's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, payment of the annual membership fee is an absolute prerequisite for several benefits. If an Exit Associate does not pay their annual membership, they will not be eligible to receive any Exit Sponsoring Bonuses, Retirement Benefits, or awards.

Furthermore, maintaining a presence on the Exit website and accessing Exit resources are also contingent upon paying the annual membership fee. This means that non-payment effectively removes the associate from Exit's online platform and restricts their access to essential tools and information necessary for conducting business.

The annual membership fee for Exit Associates is $425.00, and it is non-refundable. It is due on the effective date of the Sales Representative's Agreement or when the person becomes part of the Exit System, and annually on each July 1st thereafter. The franchise is responsible for collecting and paying the Annual Membership to Exit immediately upon the signing of the new Sales Representative or Exit Associate Agreement and upon the annual renewal date of July 1st.
