What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Exit's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Exit associates have the option to pay their annual membership dues online. The annual membership fee for each Exit Associate is $425.00, and it is non-refundable. This fee is due on the effective date of the Sales Representative's Agreement, or the date the person becomes part of the Exit System, and annually on July 1st thereafter. The first year's membership fee is prorated based on the number of days until the following July 1st.

Franchises are primarily responsible for collecting and paying the Annual Membership fees of their Exit Associates. The franchise must pay Exit immediately upon the signing of the new Sales Representative or Exit Associate Agreement and on the annual renewal date of July 1st. Franchises can make these payments via electronic funds transfer or by check.

However, Exit associates also have the option to pay their annual membership directly online. The FDD specifies that Exit associates can make online payments using VISA® or MasterCard®. Personal checks are not accepted for online payments. It's important to note that failure to pay the Annual Membership by the seventh day after the due date results in a late fee of $50.
