What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Exit's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Exit associates have the option to pay their annual membership dues online. Specifically, associates can use VISA® or MasterCard® to make these payments. However, this option is only available for the annual renewal payment due on July 1st.
It's important to note that while Exit associates have the convenience of paying online with credit cards for their annual renewal, the responsibility for collecting and paying the Annual Membership fees ultimately falls on the franchisee. The franchisee is required to pay Exit immediately upon a new sales representative joining or upon the annual renewal date. The franchisee can make these payments via electronic funds transfer or by check.
This dual payment system provides flexibility. Exit associates can manage their renewal payments directly, while franchisees maintain overall control and responsibility for ensuring all membership fees are collected and remitted to Exit in a timely manner. This also ensures that Exit receives the payments promptly, as franchisees are responsible for any late fees, such as the stated $50 fee for amounts not paid within seven days of the due date.
