What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Exit's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the annual membership fee is non-refundable. Each Exit Associate must pay an annual membership fee of $425.00. This fee is due on the effective date of the Sales Representative's Agreement or the date the person becomes part of the Exit System, and then annually on July 1st. The annual membership fee for the first year is prorated based on the number of days remaining until the following July 1st.

This policy means that once an Exit Associate pays their annual membership fee, they cannot receive a refund, regardless of whether they leave the Exit System or do not utilize the membership benefits. This non-refundable policy is clearly stated in the Exit Formula, which is part of each Exit contract for all Exit Associates.

Exit retains the right to modify the Exit Formula, including increasing the annual membership and fees up to 5% per year. Any modifications become effective upon notice to all subfranchisors and franchisees, who are then responsible for notifying their sales representatives and employees. This ensures that all members of the Exit System are aware of any changes to the fee structure.
