What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Exit's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the annual membership fee for Exit Associates is $425.00. This fee is non-refundable and is due upon the effective date of the Sales Representative's Agreement or when the person becomes part of the Exit system.

Specifically, the annual membership is payable on each July 1st following the initial agreement date. For the first year, the annual membership fee is prorated based on the number of days remaining until the next July 1st.

Franchises are responsible for collecting and paying the annual membership fees of their Exit Associates to Exit. If the payment is not made within seven days of the due date, a late fee of $50 will be charged. However, Exit Associates who have been in the Exit system for 5 continuous years or longer will receive a loyalty discount toward their annual membership fee.
