Until what date are the price ceilings for bottled beverages fixed for Even Hotels?

Effective during the time period commencing thirty (30) days after the date this Agreement is fully signed or the first day of the Term, whichever is later, and ending December 31, 2025, Bottler will charge no more than the price ceilings for the Bottler Bottle/Can Beverages identified in the table below. Price ceilings for all subsequent Years beyond what is set forth in the chart below, if any, will automatically increase 3% over the previous Year's price ceilings.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Even Hotels' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the price ceilings for Bottler Bottle/Can Beverages are fixed until December 31, 2025. This means that until that date, the Bottler (beverage distributor) will not charge Even Hotels franchisees more than the established price ceilings for these beverages. After this date, the price ceilings may increase automatically by 3% over the previous year's price ceilings.
This fixed pricing provides a degree of cost predictability for franchisees during that period. However, Even Hotels or the Bottler can increase the price ceilings by more than 3% if there is a substantial increase in the cost of goods, manufacture, or delivery of the Bottler Bottle/Can Beverages. In such cases, Even Hotels will notify the franchisee 30 days in advance of the price increase.
It's important to note that these price ceilings are based on standard Physical Cases and apply only to the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. The price ceilings do not include taxes, deposits, handling fees, recycling fees, or any other government-imposed fees or costs. Franchisees should also be aware of the Owner Incentive Funding program, which provides funding for purchases of Bottler Bottle/Can Beverages directly from the company or Bottler, but not from other sellers, distributors, or retailers.
