What services are included under the definition of 'Services' in the Even Hotels Master Technology Schedule?

According to Even Hotels' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the term 'Services' within the Master Technology Schedule encompasses any services enabled under that schedule. This includes Core Services, Additional Required Services, and Optional Services.

The Core Services for Even Hotels include IHG Concerto, a cloud-based solution for managing hotel operations. IHG Concerto provides features such as a reservations system, revenue management system, content management system, guest relations, and hotel operations insights. IHG also provides network connectivity, system integration, and system interfaces between the hotel, IHG Concerto, and other services within the IHG ecosystem as part of the Core Services.

Additional Required Services include a Property Management System (PMS), which coordinates hotel operational functions like the front office, sales, accounting, and reporting. NextGen Payments (NGP) is another required service, providing a computerized payment card processing program with data security features. Other Additional Required Services include deployment, installation, and support for the Hotel PMS and NGP, FastConnect SD-WAN for virtual private networking and security, and IHG Connect for guest internet access and personalized guest internet experience.

Optional Services are those not included in the Core Services or Additional Required Services, which Even Hotels franchisees may obtain by entering into an Order Form and/or a Participation Agreement. These services are subject to supplemental terms, which IHG may modify with ten days' notice. Together, the Core Services, Additional Required Services, and Optional Services that a franchisee contracts to receive are referred to as the 'Curated Solutions'.
