Suite 100, Atlanta, Georgia 30346 ("Department") and has offered to have the Department provide
certain revenue management services with respect to the Hotel subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Such services are hereinafter referred to as "Services." Client wishes to accept and participate in such Services with respect to the Hotel.

For example, the document states, "The fees for the PMS Solution provided under this Agreement are set forth on the cover page of this Agreement, and no other fees for the PMS Solution are owed by Hotel to IHG or HotelKey except as provided in this Agreement."
Additionally, in the context of data processing, 'Hotel' is referred to as an independent Controller of Hotel Personal Data and is responsible for compliance with privacy laws related to its Personal Data. The FDD specifies, "The Parties acknowledge and agree that Hotel is an independent Controller of the Hotel Personal Data and sole Controller of the Excluded Personal Data."
