What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Even Hotels' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must maintain a Property Management System (PMS), referred to as the Next Gen PMS Agreement, to manage hotel operations. The PMS is available as either a premise-based Opera or Opera Xpress PMS Solution, provided by Oracle, or a cloud-based PMS Solution provided by HotelKey.
The IHG Concerto™ platform, a technology platform designed to enable many capabilities, such as reservations, digital check-in, stay enhancements, guest complaints, rate management, inventory management and yielding, interactive homepage, and other front desk capabilities. The IHG Concerto™ platform is also designed to support effective management of Hotel Content and quick response to Guest Relations issues.
Prior to opening their Even Hotels location, franchisees must also enter into a Microsoft Participation Agreement, detailing obligations under the provided software license. Additionally, franchisees are required to contract with AT&T for the FastConnect SD-WAN service. These systems are essential for franchisees to access and communicate with the Reservation System, and the Master Technology Services Schedule governs this access.
