According to Even Hotels' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Pre-Opening Support Fee is $8,500. This fee covers support provided by the Hotel Lifecycle + Growth organization from the time the license is executed until the hotel opens. This support includes Franchise Openings, Plan Review, and Construction.

The Openings program provides services and support required to open a hotel in the Brand System, including Key Programs Training, pre- and post-opening support and other pre-opening consultations. Franchisees should note that additional fees may be required for pre- and post-opening consultations and inspections conducted by SCH or designated representatives. These additional fees, payable to SCH, are associated with on-site visits, rescheduling of visits, or extensions of the hotel's opening date, and will not exceed $5,000 per visit. Franchisees are also responsible for covering the travel, living, and lodging expenses of these representatives during their visits.

In the event that additional onsite training is required at the hotel, franchisees may incur additional costs ranging from $1,500 to $6,000, depending on the scope of additional learning needs for the hotel. It is important for prospective Even Hotels franchisees to factor in these potential additional costs when budgeting for the opening of their franchise.
