What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Even Hotels' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there are no restrictions on the customers to whom you may sell guest rooms or other goods or services related to your hotel business. This means that as an Even Hotels franchisee, you have the freedom to market and sell your rooms and services to any customer without limitations imposed by the franchisor.
This lack of restriction provides flexibility in targeting various customer segments, such as business travelers, leisure travelers, groups, or any other demographic you deem appropriate for your location and market. You can tailor your marketing and sales strategies to attract a wide range of customers without worrying about violating any franchise agreement terms related to customer restrictions.
However, it is important to note that while Even Hotels does not impose restrictions on customer types, you are still obligated to provide the hotel services as described in Attachment A of your license agreement. Additionally, you must ensure that no part of the hotel or the Brand System is used to facilitate or promote a competing business. This ensures that while you have freedom in choosing your customers, you remain compliant with the brand standards and do not engage in activities that could harm the Even Hotels brand.
