Hotels will be charged $6.25 per room; per month. Hotels will also pay a Cloud PMS Implementation Fee of $70.00 per month for the first 48 months of operation of the hotel in the Brand System. The Implementation Fee covers deployment activities of the Cloud-Based PMS. These ranges do not include additional IHG Concerto™ training, additional hardware or software, the cost of additional manuals (approximately $50 each), shipping and handling, insurance premiums or taxes. Hardware warranties are purchased at the initial time of procurement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Even Hotels' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees will be charged $6.25 per room, per month for the Cloud PMS (Property Management System). This charge is in addition to a Cloud PMS Implementation Fee of $70.00 per month for the first 48 months of operation.
The monthly per-room charge covers the use of the Cloud PMS. The implementation fee covers the deployment activities of the Cloud-Based PMS. These costs do not include IHG Concerto™ training, additional hardware or software, the cost of additional manuals (approximately $50 each), shipping and handling, insurance premiums, or taxes.
This pricing applies specifically to the Cloud PMS. If a franchisee is entering into a Change of Ownership License and remains on the Opera or Opera Xpress solution, the cost range for that PMS solution, including license/support fees, is between $73,000 and $90,000. Therefore, the monthly per-room charge is only applicable if the franchisee uses the Cloud PMS.
