What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Even Hotels' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a hotel utilizes the Cloud PMS, it will incur a Cloud PMS Implementation Fee of $70 per month. This fee is charged for the first 48 months of the hotel's operation within the Brand System.
The Cloud PMS Implementation Fee covers the deployment activities associated with the Cloud-Based PMS. This fee is in addition to the per-room monthly charge of $6.25.
It is important to note that these costs are specific to the Cloud PMS. If a franchisee enters into a Change of Ownership License and remains on the Opera or Opera Xpress solution, the cost structure is different, ranging between $73,000 and $90,000 for the Opera or Opera Xpress PMS solution, including license and support fees.
