Property Management System: Currently, Brand System Hotels with more than 150 rooms must use the Opera or Opera Xpress PMS solution (see Items 1, 8 and 11). Brand System Hotels with fewer than 150 rooms must use the Cloud PMS solution provided by HotelKey. Payment of Cloud PMS fees must be made directly to SCH.
