What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Even Hotels' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees will incur interest on past due amounts. The interest rate is the lesser of one percent (1%) per month or the highest rate allowed by law. This applies to fees associated with the PMS (Property Management System) Solution.
This means that if an Even Hotels franchisee fails to pay an invoice on time, they will be charged interest on the outstanding balance. The specific interest rate will depend on which is lower: 1% per month, which equates to an annual rate of 12%, or the maximum interest rate permitted by applicable law in the franchisee's jurisdiction.
Franchisees should be aware of these terms to avoid incurring additional costs due to late payments. It is important to note that in addition to interest on late payments, Even Hotels has the right to suspend access to and use of the PMS Solution if payment obligations are not met. The franchisee is also responsible for all collection costs and attorney fees incurred by Even Hotels to collect any delinquent amounts.
