How does IHG determine the minimum hardware quantities required for an Even Hotels location?

According to Even Hotels' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, IHG reserves the right to identify the number of each of the Hardware items required for operations at the Hotel in its sole discretion. This means that Even Hotels franchisees must adhere to IHG's hardware requirements, and IHG has the final say in determining the necessary quantities.

The FDD also states that at least 120 days before the Hotel opening date, the franchisee will acquire the Hardware, Software, and communications capabilities specified in the Minimum Configuration. This Minimum Configuration is a list of Hardware, Software, and network connectivity and configurations required for Licensee's use of the Curated Solutions. IHG may update the Minimum Configuration upon notice to Licensee via IHG's online portal, currently branded as "IHG Marketplace".

Furthermore, franchisees are responsible for ensuring their Hardware, Software, and network environment meet the requirements of the Minimum Configuration at their own cost. Only WAN Hardware that meets IHG's specifications and configurations will be installed or connected in any way to the reservation system. IHG also has the right to cause the installations of the WAN Hardware at the Hotel by a date specified by IHG.
