Before you purchase a license, you will have the opportunity to review a copy of the Standards. Thereafter, Holiday may make the Standards available to you in hard paper copy, or, at Holiday's option, in digital, electronic or other computerized form. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Even Hotels' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Holiday, the franchisor, will notify franchisees of any changes to the Even Hotels Brand Standards at least 30 days before the changes take effect. These notifications can be delivered through digital, electronic, computerized, or other means.
Prior to purchasing a license, prospective franchisees have the opportunity to review a copy of the Standards. After the license agreement is in place, Holiday may provide the Standards in hard paper copy or, at its discretion, in digital, electronic, or computerized form.
The Brand Standards contain mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, and procedures to which all Even Hotels are subject. Franchisees must adhere to these standards to maintain consistency and quality across the Even Hotels brand. The FDD also states that the Standards are confidential, remain Holiday's property, and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
