What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Even Hotels' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, 'Group Owner Instructions' refer to directions or requests made by the Group Owner to the service provider regarding how services should be delivered. These instructions can pertain to various aspects of service delivery, such as Debit Card routing or the setup of services.
The franchisee consents to the service provider delivering services in accordance with the Group Owner Instructions. This means that Even Hotels franchisees are obligated to allow the service provider to follow these instructions when providing services.
Furthermore, the franchisee waives all claims against the service provider for any losses arising from following the Group Owner Instructions. This indicates that Even Hotels franchisees bear the risk associated with these instructions and cannot hold the service provider liable for any negative outcomes resulting from their implementation. This arrangement is part of the broader Group Owner program, which may also include benefits and modifications to services.
