The Fee Schedule set forth in Section 7 of your Application is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the Fee Schedule attached as Exhibit A. For avoidance of doubt, in addition to the amounts set forth in the Fee Schedule, you are responsible for all amounts set forth or described in the Terms and Conditions or elsewhere in the Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Even Hotels' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Fee Schedule in Section 7 of the Application is replaced entirely. The updated Fee Schedule can be found in Exhibit A of the FDD. The FDD also states that franchisees are responsible for all amounts outlined in the Terms and Conditions or elsewhere in the agreement, in addition to the amounts listed in the Fee Schedule.
