Our parent, SCH, commits to perform certain post-sale obligations for us. Exhibit F-2 includes SCH's audited financial statements for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2024, December 31, 2023, and December 31, 2022.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Even Hotels' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Item 21 includes Holiday's audited financial statements for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2024, December 31, 2023, and December 31, 2022. These statements are provided as Exhibit F-1 to the disclosure document.
Additionally, the FDD includes audited financial statements for Even Hotels' parent company, SCH (Six Continents Hotels, Inc.), for the same fiscal years. These are included as Exhibit F-2 because SCH commits to performing certain post-sale obligations for Even Hotels.
