What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Even Hotels's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Holiday will notify franchisees of changes to the brand standards at least 30 days before the changes take effect. These notifications can be delivered through digital, electronic, computerized, or other means. The Even Hotels brand standards contain mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, and procedures to which all Even Hotels are subject. Franchisees have the opportunity to review a copy of the Standards before purchasing a license.

This advance notification allows Even Hotels franchisees time to prepare for and implement the changes in their hotels. This preparation may include retraining staff, updating procedures, or making physical alterations to the property to comply with the new standards. The method of notification (digital, electronic, etc.) reflects a modern approach to communication, allowing for efficient dissemination of information.

It is important to note that the Even Hotels Standards are confidential and remain Holiday's property, protected by copyright laws. Franchisees are granted a license to operate under these standards but do not own them. This ensures consistency across all Even Hotels locations and protects the brand's integrity. Franchisees should familiarize themselves with the Standards and stay informed of any changes to maintain compliance and uphold the brand's reputation.
