What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Even Hotels' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Directors of Sales and Sales Managers, or their equivalents, are required to complete annual retraining. The specific requirements for this retraining are determined by Holiday, the franchisor.
In addition to annual retraining, each replacement Director of Sales or Sales Manager must complete the Sales initial certification training program. This initial certification training program focuses on areas of sales that are unique to the Brand System and to sales functions.
All required core certification training is included in the annual subscription for the IHG Learning Program. However, franchisees are responsible for covering the travel expenses for their trainees if in-person classes are required, as well as any training expenses incurred from optional or supplemental courses.
