What is the definition of 'Curated Solutions' for Even Hotels, and what services are included?

According to Even Hotels' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, 'Curated Solutions' encompass the Core Services, Additional Required Services, and any Optional Services that a franchisee contracts to receive. These services are subject to change over time.

The Core Services for Even Hotels include IHG Concerto, a cloud-based solution for managing hotel operations. IHG Concerto provides a reservation system, revenue management system, content management system, guest relations management, and hotel operations insights. Core Services also include network connectivity, system integration, system interfaces between the hotel, IHG Concerto, and other services within the IHG ecosystem, as well as support services with remote and on-site maintenance for approved hardware and software.

Additional Required Services include a Property Management System (PMS) to coordinate hotel functions such as the front office, sales, accounting, and reporting. NextGen Payments (NGP) is another required service, providing a payment card processing program with data security features. FastConnect SD-WAN, a virtual private networking and security platform, and IHG Connect, which offers guest internet access and personalized guest internet experience, are also included as Additional Required Services. Franchisees are typically required to enter into participation agreements with service providers for these additional services.

Optional Services are Hardware, Software, and Services that are not included in the Core Services or the Additional Required Services. Licensees may receive the benefits of the negotiated terms, conditions, and pricing for the Optional Services obtained by IHG in the Enabling Agreements with Service Providers, and may obtain the Optional Services, by entering into an Order Form and/or a Participation Agreement.
