What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Even Hotels' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, payment is due within 30 days after the invoice date. The invoice number must be referenced when payment is made.
Eligible Participants are responsible for reimbursing AT&T for all expenses related to the collection of overdue or dishonored payments, including reasonable attorney's fees. AT&T may impose late payment fees at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
If an Eligible Participant has a billing dispute, they must notify AT&T within twelve months of the invoice date, specifying the disputed charge and the reason for the dispute. Failure to do so results in waiving the right to dispute the charge. The disputed amount can be withheld until AT&T concludes its investigation, but late payment fees may still apply. After AT&T's investigation, all properly due charges and late payment fees must be paid within ten business days. AT&T will reverse any late payment fees that were incorrectly invoiced.
