Note 6: Technology Services Fee: The Technology Services Fee covers costs and investments that, at Holiday's sole discretion, support the maintenance and development of various aspects of the broader technology ecosystem. These costs and investments include maintaining the current infrastructure, ensuring the upkeep of the existing environment while also transitioning to cloud solutions and exploring new technologies. Additionally, the fee supports the development of an overall technology strategy, which involves evaluating new products, monitoring system performance, and providing postimplementation support, including a 24/7 Help Desk service. Furthermore, it covers cybersecurity enhancements including the ongoing evaluation, event monitoring, remediation efforts, and investments in new security solutions as the landscape evolves. IHG reserve the right to increase the Technology Services Fee by no more than 10% annually at the beginning of each fiscal year.
