EVEN® Hotels Brand Standards:
Before you purchase a license, you will have the opportunity to review a copy of the Standards. Thereafter, Holiday may make the Standards available to you in hard paper copy, or, at Holiday's option, in digital, electronic or other computerized form. The Standards contain mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, and procedures. All EVEN® Hotels are subject to the Standards. Holiday will notify you of each change in the Standards at least 30 days before it goes into effect. These notifications can be by digital, electronic, computerized or other means. Holiday's property and are protected by applicable copyright laws (see paragraphs 3, 4 and 12 of the License).

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Even Hotels Franchise Disclosure Document, the Brand Standards are confidential. Before purchasing a license, prospective franchisees have the opportunity to review a copy of the Standards. After purchasing the license, Even Hotels may provide the Standards in hard copy or digital form.
The Even Hotels Brand Standards include mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, and procedures to which all Even Hotels are subject. Even Hotels will notify franchisees of any changes to the Standards at least 30 days before they take effect. These notifications can be delivered digitally, electronically, or via computerized means.
The FDD states that the Brand Standards remain Holiday's property, protected by copyright laws, as detailed in the License Agreement. Franchisees are also required to keep all materials they receive from the IHG Merlin site, which includes the Standards documentation, confidential.
