What This Means (2025 FDD)

The 2025 Epcon Communities Franchise Disclosure Document does not specify the exact sales information franchisees must report monthly. However, it does state that franchisees must comply with the provisions outlined in Article 6, Section 7.3, and Section 10.5 of the franchise agreement.

Item 23 discusses receipts and references several exhibits related to agreements, online access, and required technology. Specifically, Section 5.10 states that franchisees must purchase, install, maintain, and use a personal computer system with the minimum specifications and software as specified by Epcon Communities. Franchisees are also responsible for maintaining connections to the website and notifying Epcon Communities of their email address for communications and online sales leads.

To fully understand the monthly sales reporting obligations, a prospective Epcon Communities franchisee should carefully review Article 6, Section 7.3, and Section 10.5 of the Franchise Agreement (Exhibit B). They should also ask the franchisor for a detailed explanation of the required sales data, the reporting methods, and how this data is used by Epcon Communities.
