Does Epcon Communities have the right to add to authorized goods and services?

According to the 2025 Epcon Communities Franchise Disclosure Document, Epcon Communities retains the right to establish other franchise systems utilizing the service marks which are a part of the Development System or other marks. Epcon Communities has not established any other franchise systems and has no current plans to do so.

Furthermore, the FDD states that there are no current franchised or company-owned projects or other channels of distribution selling similar products or offering similar services under trademarks or service marks other than the Epcon Communities Marks, but Epcon Communities has the right to do so under the Franchise Agreement.
