What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Epcon Communities Franchise Disclosure Document, Epcon Communities can modify the Franchise Agreement through online notice on the website, email to the address provided by the franchisee, regular mail, or fax. A franchisee's continued access to the Databases or Website after receiving (or being expected to receive) notice of these changes constitutes acceptance of the modifications.

For franchisees in Virginia, there is an addendum to the Epcon Communities Franchise Agreement. This addendum, along with the original Franchise Agreement, forms the entire agreement between both parties. Any further modifications or amendments must be made in writing and signed by both Epcon Communities and the franchisee.

This means that Epcon Communities retains the right to unilaterally change aspects of the agreement, and a franchisee's continued use of the system constitutes acceptance. However, for franchisees in Virginia, any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties, offering a layer of protection and mutual agreement.
