Does Epcon Communities require franchisees to attend additional training programs?

According to Epcon Communities' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are not required to attend additional training programs or refresher courses. However, Epcon Communities may offer additional training programs to address system-wide development needs. There are registration fees for the conference, with early-bird registration costing $1,300 per attendee and regular registration costing $1,800 per attendee. Franchisees are also responsible for covering transportation, room, and board costs for all attendees.
