On-Line Information Access Agreement (see attached Exhibit K to this disclosure document), and you must provide us with a copy of each signed agreement.

We do not provide technical assistance for any of the designated computer hardware or software components. Under the Franchise Agreement, you must periodically upgrade and/or update the hardware components and/or software programs that make up your personal computer system to meet our thencurrent minimum specifications and list of required capabilities. What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Epcon Communities Franchise Disclosure Document, Epcon Communities does not provide technical assistance for any of the designated computer hardware or software components. The franchisee is responsible for periodically upgrading and/or updating the hardware components and/or software programs that make up their personal computer system to meet Epcon Communities' then-current minimum specifications and list of required capabilities. These upgrades are not required more often than annually, and the estimated annual cost is $350. Epcon Communities is not obligated to provide any ongoing maintenance, repairs, upgrades, or updates.

Epcon Communities makes its Manual and other information related to its Development System, as well as online training modules, available to franchisees and certain employees through a password-protected website. Prior to gaining access to the password-protected website, franchisees and their employees must sign the Non-Disclosure and On-Line Information Access Agreement.

Epcon Communities recommends that franchisees use a construction management software program, such as Constellation's BuildTopia program, and also recommends Higharc software, which is cloud-based. Epcon Communities has an arrangement with Higharc where qualifying franchisees can access the software, paying Epcon Communities a per Unit technology royalty fee of $1,500 for each Unit sold. Additionally, Epcon Communities recommends franchisees use Lasso software, a web-based CRM platform, with a $500 set-up fee and a minimum payment of $70 per month for up to two individual logins, plus $35 per month for each additional user login.
