Before you begin development of your initial Epcon Communities project, we will provide the following assistance:

- Unstamped and unsealed architectural plans and specifications for buildings, based upon our most recently updated project plans, including foundation plan, floor plan, roof plan, wall sections, exterior elevations, cabinetry shop drawings, plumbing schematics, electrical schematics, and HVAC schematics. - Unstamped and unsealed architectural plans and specifications for clubhouses and pavilions, based upon our most recently updated project plans, including foundation plan, floor plan, roof plan, wall sections, exterior elevations, cabinetry shop drawings, plumbing schematics, electrical schematics, and HVAC schematics.. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Epcon Communities' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, prior to the development of an initial project, Epcon Communities will provide franchisees with sample site and landscape plans from one recent project that they developed. This is part of the assistance Epcon Communities offers before the franchisee begins their initial project.
In addition to the sample site and landscape plans, Epcon Communities also provides unstamped and unsealed architectural plans and specifications for buildings, clubhouses, and pavilions based on their most recently updated project plans. These plans include various elements such as foundation, floor, and roof plans, as well as schematics for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Franchisees also receive an Operations Manual and up to 50 hours of consulting services, covering areas like planning, financing, construction, and marketing.
These initial provisions are designed to equip the franchisee with essential resources and guidance as they start their first Epcon Communities project. The consulting services, in particular, can be valuable for navigating the complexities of project development and ensuring alignment with Epcon Communities' standards and practices.
