What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Epcon Communities' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, posting unlawful or harassing material on the Epcon Communities Intranet is not permitted. The FDD explicitly prohibits posting, promoting, or transmitting any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material through the Intranet. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the agreement may result in immediate termination of access to the Epcon Communities Intranet. These measures are in place to ensure the Intranet is used for legitimate purposes and to protect the company's reputation.
