What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Epcon Communities Franchise Disclosure Document, Epcon Communities retains the right to modify or terminate the functionality of its Databases or Web Site. Specifically, Epcon Communities may update, change, or terminate any part of the functionality, including services provided through the Epcon Communities Intranet.
Epcon Communities can also modify the franchise agreement itself through online notices on the Web Site, email, regular mail, or fax. A franchisee's continued access to the Databases or Web Site after receiving notice of these changes constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
This provision gives Epcon Communities broad discretion to alter the resources and support provided to franchisees via the digital platforms. Prospective franchisees should recognize that the tools and services available at the start of their franchise agreement could change over time, and they will be bound by these changes if they continue to access the Databases or Web Site. Franchisees should stay informed of any modifications to the Web Site, Databases, or the franchise agreement to ensure compliance and understand how these changes may impact their business operations.
