What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Epcon Communities' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Epcon Communities recommends that franchisees obtain a minimum of two homeowner surveys. The first survey should be conducted immediately after closing, and a follow-up survey should be done six months after closing.
