What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Epcon Communities' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Homeowner Survey Fees are payable to the survey provider. These fees include a one-time fee of $200 and a per survey fee of $49, but these amounts are subject to change by the survey provider. Epcon Communities recommends that franchisees obtain a minimum of one survey immediately after closing and one follow-up survey 6 months after closing.
