What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Epcon Communities FDD, upon the termination or expiration of the Sublicense Agreement, the Sublicensee must immediately stop using the Development System, Epcon Communities Works, and the Marks. They must also cease using any similar terms or logos that could be confusing to consumers.

Furthermore, the Sublicensee is required to work with Epcon Communities and the Franchisee, or their designated representatives, to cancel the recording of the Sublicense Agreement with the relevant government authorities. This ensures that the public record reflects the termination of the sublicense.

Finally, the Sublicensee is obligated to destroy all existing inventory of materials, including advertising, promotional items, and other printed materials that display the Marks. This prevents any further unauthorized use of the Epcon Communities brand and ensures a clean break between the Sublicensee and the Epcon Communities system.
