According to Epcon Communities' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, details regarding non-competition covenants during the term of the franchise can be found in two different agreements.
Specifically, the non-competition covenants that apply during the term of the Sublicense Agreement are located in Section 10.6 of the Franchise Agreement. Additionally, if you have signed a Non-Disclosure and On-Line Information Access Agreement, Section 10 of that agreement states that you may not create a website using the names Epcon, epcon.com, epconhomesandcommunities.com, epconcommunities.com, epconfranchising.com, or EpconOpportunity.com.
