Welcome to the Epcon Communities Franchising, LLC Intranet! Read all terms and conditions of this Epcon Communities Franchising, LLC ("Epcon Communities") Non-Disclosure and On-Line Information Access Agreement (this "Agreement") before signing. Complete the bottom section, have it signed by an authorized person and either e-mail, fax or mail it to Epcon Communities at the facsimile number or addresses at the end of this Agreement. Upon receipt and acceptance by Epcon Communities, Epcon Communities will contact you with your User Name and Password so you can access the Epcon Communities Intranet and/or the Epcon Learning Center.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Epcon Communities' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, before accessing the Epcon Communities Intranet and/or the Epcon Learning Center, a franchisee must complete, sign, and submit the Non-Disclosure and On-Line Information Access Agreement to Epcon Communities. This agreement can be sent via email, fax, or mail.
Upon receiving the completed agreement, Epcon Communities will review and either accept or reject it. If accepted, Epcon Communities will then contact the franchisee with their User Name and Password. These credentials will be sent to the email address provided on the completed form.
This process ensures that only authorized individuals have access to confidential information and resources within the Epcon Communities Intranet and Learning Center. Franchisees should ensure the form is completed accurately and submitted promptly to gain timely access to these important platforms.
