- Lease Responsibilities: If you will obtain the right to occupy the EFK Center Location under a lease, you must deliver a copy of the signed lease or sublease to us within fifteen (15) days of its execution and you may not execute or agree to any modification of the lease or sublease that would affect our rights without our prior written approval of the modification.
