What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Engineering For Kids FDD, franchisees will not be paid for services to a Large Account client until they submit the appropriate documentation to Engineering For Kids.
Engineering For Kids reserves the right to administer a Large Accounts program for the System, and franchisees must service Large Account clients in their Territory on behalf of Engineering For Kids, following the pricing and other terms negotiated with the Large Account client. Franchisees cannot engage in relationships with Large Account clients that conflict with the client's arrangement with Engineering For Kids.
Certain Large Account clients may require volume rebates, which Engineering For Kids will negotiate on a case-by-case basis. Franchisees have the option to decline participation in a Large Account contract if an additional rebate is required, and they are notified before the contract is signed. Franchisees can also terminate their participation in the Large Account program with 30 days' prior written notice. However, if a franchisee terminates participation or fails to meet the obligations of a Large Account agreement, Engineering For Kids can authorize others to service Large Account clients within the franchisee's territory without compensating the franchisee.
