Is on-site assistance from Engineering For Kids guaranteed?

According to Engineering For Kids's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, on-site assistance is not guaranteed to franchisees. While Engineering For Kids may offer limited on-site assistance, this is contingent upon the availability of their resources.

The FDD specifies that Engineering For Kids is not obligated to furnish any services or assistance before the opening of the franchised business, nor are they required to provide any other assistance or services during the operation of the franchised business, according to the Franchise Agreement. However, Engineering For Kids may conduct periodic inspections of the franchised business and evaluate the services and products offered.

Engineering For Kids will make available information about new developments, techniques, and improvements in operations, management, and marketing to franchisees in good standing. This information may be provided through various channels, including printed materials, electronic forums, meetings, seminars, counseling, training programs, telephone communications, or other forms of communication. The availability of on-site assistance is not guaranteed and depends on the franchisor's resources.
