How many days can Engineering For Kids require attendance at the annual meeting?

You (or your managing owner), and/or other previously trained and experienced employees must also attend and satisfactorily complete various training courses that we periodically provide at the times and locations we designate. We will not require attendance for more than a total of 10 days during a calendar year. Besides attending these courses, we may require that you must attend an annual meeting of all franchisees at a location we designate. We will not require attendance at the annual meeting for more than 3 days during any calendar year. You are responsible for all related travel and living expenses and wages.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Engineering For Kids FDD, franchisees may be required to attend an annual meeting. Engineering For Kids will not require attendance at the annual meeting for more than 3 days during any calendar year. Franchisees are responsible for all related travel and living expenses and wages for themselves and their employees.
In addition to the annual meeting, Engineering For Kids may also require franchisees (or their managing owner) and/or other previously trained and experienced employees to attend and satisfactorily complete various training courses that Engineering For Kids periodically provides. Engineering For Kids will not require attendance for more than a total of 10 days during a calendar year for these additional training courses.
Engineering For Kids may also hold annual conferences for System franchisees, and may require franchisees (or their Operating Principal) to attend these conferences. Engineering For Kids may charge reasonable registration or similar fees for the conferences. Franchisees will be responsible for any costs that they and their personnel incur, including travel and living expenses, in attending the annual conferences.
