Under a License Agreement dated November 1, 2020 with LaunchLife USA, LaunchLife USA has licensed us the right to use the Proprietary Marks and to sublicense it to our franchisees for use in operating Engineering For Kids Businesses The license agreement is perpetual, but either we or LaunchLife USA may terminate it with 30 days' notice to the other. However, termination of the license agreement will not affect existing franchise agreements as LaunchLife USA will permit franchisees to continue operating under the terms of their existing franchise agreements. No other agreement limits our right to use or license the Proprietary Marks.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Engineering For Kids's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the License Agreement between LaunchLife USA and Engineering For Kids, dated November 1, 2020, can be terminated by either party. Both Engineering For Kids and LaunchLife USA have the right to terminate the agreement.
To terminate the License Agreement, either Engineering For Kids or LaunchLife USA must provide a 30 days' notice to the other party. This means that the terminating party must inform the other party in writing of their intention to end the agreement at least 30 days before the intended termination date.
It is important to note that even if the License Agreement is terminated, existing franchise agreements will not be affected. LaunchLife USA will allow franchisees to continue operating under the terms of their existing franchise agreements. This provision protects franchisees, ensuring they can continue their Engineering For Kids businesses even if the overarching license between Engineering For Kids and LaunchLife USA is terminated.
