AGENTS FOR SERVICE OF PROCESS
We intend to register this disclosure document as a "franchise" in some or all of the following states, if required by the applicable state law. If and when we pursue franchise registration (or otherwise comply with the franchise investment laws) in these states, we will designate the following state offices or officials as our agents for service of process in these states. There may be states in addition to those listed below in which we have appointed an agent for service of process. There may also be additional agents in some of the states listed.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Engineering For Kids' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Engineering For Kids does not guarantee that it has appointed an agent for service of process in every state. Instead, Engineering For Kids intends to register its disclosure document as a "franchise" in some or all states, if required by the applicable state law.
Engineering For Kids will designate state offices or officials as its agents for service of process in those states where it pursues franchise registration or otherwise complies with franchise investment laws. The FDD states that there may be states, in addition to those listed, in which Engineering For Kids has appointed an agent for service of process. There may also be additional agents in some of the states listed.
Exhibit C of the Franchise Disclosure Document provides a list of agents for service of process. Exhibit B lists state administrators responsible for the review, registration, and oversight of franchises in those states where Engineering For Kids intends to register as a franchise.
