What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Engineering For Kids Franchise Agreement, Engineering For Kids Businesses provide educational activities, specifically seminars, classes, camps, workshops, conferences, and programs. These programs focus on the fields of math, science, technology, and engineering. The agreement specifies that these educational activities use business formats, methods, procedures, designs, layouts, brand standards, and specifications, along with items and products that Engineering For Kids may designate or approve.
This means that as a franchisee, you will be offering educational programs within these STEM fields, utilizing the established Engineering For Kids system. The success of your franchise will depend on your ability to effectively deliver these programs and adhere to the brand's standards.
Engineering For Kids retains the right to modify and improve the System from time to time, so franchisees should stay updated on any changes to the curriculum or program structure. Franchisees must also only offer programs approved by Engineering For Kids and use only approved materials.
