What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Engineering For Kids Franchise Disclosure Document, Engineering For Kids International, LLC and the franchisee enter into an "Engineering For Kids Business Franchise Agreement" which is also referred to as the "Franchise Agreement".
Additionally, the franchisee and Engineering For Kids may enter into a Site Selection Addendum to supplement the terms laid out in the Franchise Agreement. According to the FDD, the terms of the addendum will be controlling with respect to the subject matter covered in the addendum. The addendum is considered an integral part of the Franchise Agreement.
