For any default not covered under Section 15.1 or 15.2 above, you will have thirty (30) days after written notice of default from us within which to remedy the default. You may avoid termination by curing the default to our satisfaction within the 30-day period (or such longer period as applicable law may require). If the default is not cured within the specified time, this Agreement will terminate automatically and without further notice, effective immediately upon the expiration of the specified time period. Any failure to comply with this Agreement, as amended or reasonably supplemented by the Manual or otherwise in writing, constitutes a default subject to this Section 15.3 (except as otherwise provided in Sections 15.1-15.2 above), including, but not limited to, any or all of the following:

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Engineering For Kids FDD, if a franchisee defaults on any term not covered in sections 15.1 or 15.2 of the franchise agreement, Engineering For Kids will provide written notice, and the franchisee has thirty days to resolve the issue.
Engineering For Kids specifies that franchisees can avoid termination by rectifying the default to the satisfaction of Engineering For Kids within this 30-day period, or within a longer period if required by applicable law. If the franchisee fails to correct the default within the given timeframe, the franchise agreement will automatically terminate without further notice, effective immediately upon the expiration of the specified time period.
This cure period applies to any failure to comply with the franchise agreement, including amendments or supplements made in writing or through the manual, except for defaults specifically addressed in Sections 15.1 and 15.2. This includes, but is not limited to, any of the conditions listed in section 15.3.
