The parties, intending to be legally bound by this Agreement, and for good and valuable consideration, now agree as follows:
1. RIGHTS GRANTED
1.1. Grant of Franchise
- 1.1.1. We grant you the right, and you accept the obligation, to use the Proprietary Marks and the System to operate one Engineering For Kids Business (the "Franchised Business") in the Territory that is designated in Appendix A (the "Territory") throughout the term of this Agreement, and all according to the terms of this Agreement and using only the format(s) designated in Sections 1.1.1 through 1.1.3 below.
